Update

Corproate has different types of individuals. Beth for example won't tell me directly she only prefers a professional relationship with me but rather would lie and act non responsive to me. She told she didn't get my text. It was a lie but she was replying to the other girl. So it was hard for me to say whether she was honest or whether she was avoding me. However, I should have analyzed her body language and the statements and should have ignored her. I also have guilt of persuading her to speak up at Justworks even though the consequences she faced were a lot less than me.It definitely affected the trust. I mean it is gone now. I should not have spoken up in the first place. I am still trying to understand the corproate even after 11 years. I have to be more receptive to it and learn the game fast. Corproate is about working with people and being nice to everyone. Even if you can't do your job, even if you don't have skills, if everyone likes you, you will be retained. Best example is that guy Christian whom Yabing hired. He is definitely not up to the level of a director in my opinion. He was just an engineering manager for a 2 years and then does not have any security specific qualifications. I wonder how he was even a security instructor. He plays the game well. He plays people. In the end it's a people game. I sort of screwed up at Burns. The conflict with Krista showed up negatively on me. She is shy and ambitious but I should have been more empathetic. Key is to be nice to everyone no matter how much I hate them inside lol Anwyay about Beth, she is a very nice genuine person but evidently she does not seem to have friends. She seems close to her sister. She keeps to herself. She is intelligent. I liked her because she was genuine but also she has this side to her that is dark and depressing, negative. She doesn't have a boyfriend. She is 32. AvePoint, Justworks, Global Impex, Somali Success, all these places were messy places. There is no way a workplace will become positive after a formal complaint is being lodged. HR works for the company and the senior executives, business needs. HR does not work for what's fair. Best is to just find another job and leave without speaking up or being bitter. And pretend everything is ok. Burn no bridges. One example that comes to my mind is Heather Sobolick, the girl I met at scsu.She would hate you but still act so nice to your face adn so kind without burning the bridges. Part of the reason why Trump didn't win is becasue he burned too many bridges in his time, he will fight with China, Canada and almost every nation except Russia. Then he woould criticize so many journalists in their face. It looked brave, honest and nice. It can't last. Then people gang up against you and manipulate and ultimately screw you over. People are stronger when they are united. It's important to pick a good workplace as well as pick good friends. Emily is draining and I have to draw boundaries. The friends I have are nice at the moment, educated, pretty and have so many similar interests. I would like to work for big tech. Once I complete CISSP, my next step is to apply for Big tech companies. Of course I have to prep. Not getting NFL was a blessing in disguise. I am into 2 months into my new job and doesn't look good on me when I switch companies. Also the wounds at Justworks and AvePoint are still very new. Giving it like 5 years will help those heal. I am picturing a beautiful family life where we have an apartment in Manhattan, two kids, a maid and a peaceful setup.
