Yabing has been a nightmare to work with. I don't think it's a sensible idea to be in her team anymore. If she is too critical, it's best to switch teams. She is anyway going to see me with wrong eyes that will impact work. I have asked Roven if I can switch to his team. Honestly I spent so much on psychics these few days because it was stressful. I had my Disney interview scheduled last week and I am so mad because of Yabing I had to reschedule. Working with her is very depressing. She also created a confrontational situation between Josh and me that damaged our relationship. Also assigning work directly to Josh damages the relationship as well, I am starting to see sometimes that Chris was right. In Chris's case, he never expressed his preference.. He was passive aggressive and got me kicked out. With Josh and Jian, I have told more than twice to come to me when they get work assigned because I can't manage their workload when people around them keep assigning work to them. I don't have time to get my work done by them. Yabing is a very disrespectful person. She thinks just becasue she is the CISO, she owns the world and she can do whatever she wants. I feel happy that I filed a complaint with the HR. She will anyway twist things around but I am happy that I did. I hope I get to switch teams. Roven was kind. He is not the best but I woudl rather work for someone kind than someone so result driven and inhuman. Also Josh has become an enemy now who shows me as the villain possibly. Work is a reflection of one's personality. If one's personality is all about competing and excelling, it's going to take a toll on the team. Specially if they don't care about others. Not even once she had asked if the team is okay with the meetings etc. She has 3 meetings going on right now. It's insane. I am silent because I feel anxious even talking with her. She judges every single word without reading the whole sentence. She is literally insane. Well she was retained. I was retained at Capital One for 2 years. It's a big deal. I could have stayed more but I keep looking for more and more so kept moving. Right now, I want to get through the Disney interview. Hopefully it will be okay.

I am feelilng EXTREMELY tired and fed up. It's like studying working 24/7. Very tired. Mostly mentally. Have a lot to do and I keep thinking of things I have to do all day long.It's important to understand that I am human and going on at a stretch working 80 hours a week is too much. It resultsi n fatigue. As of now, I am starting to get sick of the work I am doing. I wan tto go a day without having to think about work. Basically need a break.What if I take today evening off? My plan was to wake up at 4 and study but I couldn't. When I woke up it was 5:30. I went back to sleep because I felt I have hardly slept all night. It could be the coffee. Definitely an evening workout could help. I had plans of doing Sunday yoga which I love very much but got extremely tired and gave up on that yesterday. I wake up tired. Trust your gut. Facts are Yabing got through. Of course she has the power and all that. Fact is I overshared. A part of me says just give time. Truth will come out. I feel weak at this time. I am also very drained. I need to somehow switch teams. I feel useless. It's even awkward speaking to Anuj knowing he spoke against me during the investigation. you see, the whole investigation thing was a bad move. I have no energy to fight. But I need to keep going. The more I go public, the more I am subject to attack. So it's safer to stay low key and do the work.

Morning

Don't get too comfortable with a boss who doesn't want you in the workplace merely becasue you are tiny or young. So I have to create less dependency. Too much visibility is not good. It can prompt Yabing to talk negative regarding me just out of job security. She is protected by Mario. So have to play safe.
